SUBSTANCE: device has first detector for detection of preliminary interval of digital data received from recording medium, and signal output from respective region, second detector for detection of synchronization of received digital data, comparison of specific synchronization and given synchronization interval and for output of synchronization specification signal. In addition device has 1D divider for dividing 1D code, which follows specified synchronization, comparison of divided 1D to previous track and synchronization unit, and for outputting 1D comparison signal. In addition device has control signal generator for generation of synchronization control signal from synchronization specification signal and 1D comparison signal and for generation of pseudo-synchronization control signal, when error occurs in specified synchronization. Thus, synchronization, which is used in data specification in predefined position, is precise and pseudo- synchronization signal is generated, even if error occurs in synchronization. This solves the problem of correct positioning data in predefined position. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 16 cl, 10 dwg
