FIELD: information transmission. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to information transmission system, specifically, to telephone system which subscribers can be connected to automatic telephone exchange with the use of communication line. Ends of this line are connected correspondingly on side of automatic telephone exchange and on side of subscriber to multiplexing or demultiplexing equipment of two-way action with the use of modulator-demodulator circuit of two-way action that modulates and demodulates data in agreement with provided transmission. Two-way circuits for compression or reconstruction of dynamic range to which subscribers are connected with the help of direct and feedback channels and at least one two-way analog-to-digital converter (CODEC) with circuits of ganging with subscribers (SLIC) or commutation device of automatic telephone exchange are linked to multiplexing or demultiplexing equipment. System for measurement, adjustment and control partially integrated with CODEC or SLIC is placed between each subscriber and CODEC or SLIC ganged with it. Controlled switches that ensure connection of direct channel with feedback channel of same or another subscriber in case of multichannel approach are connected to lines leading to subscribers.
