FIELD: cardiology. SUBSTANCE: in the course of operation on heart, hemodynamic parameters of pump and contraction functions of left heart ventricle are measured. At beat power 4.2-5.45 kg cm/beat, coefficient of transformation of mechanical energy into hydraulic blood energy 1.1-2.0, specific power of cardiomyocyte in isovolumic stage 0.9-1.4 g mm/s, maximum strain of contractive cardiomyocyte elements 3.0-1.5 g/sq.mm, and hydraulic work required for filling/discharge from left heart ventricle, adequacy of myocardial function of the left heart ventricle is diagnosed. When these parameters are decreased or increased, myocardial insufficiency is diagnosed. EFFECT: enabled prediction of presence of early postoperative period, estimation of heart function and adequacy of heart disease correction, and also reduction of postoperative parameters to original ones and lossless passage of narrow postoperative route within immediate 3-12 hr while rationally replacing operation and perfusion losses. 2 tbl
