FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: per cycle analysis of cardiac efficiency is carried out in patients with congenital heart failure. Adequate cardiocycle is revealed. End- systolic elasticity Ees is determined. Arterial elasticity Ea is registered. Ees/Ea ratio is calculated. At obtaining Ees/Ea<1,1 or Ees/Ea>1,6 one should diagnose latent form of right ventricular myocardial failure. At Ees/Ea values ranged 1.1-1.6 one should diagnose optimal mechanical right ventricular myocardial efficiency. The present method enables to reveal preclinical forms of heart failure developing in patients with heart failure at the background of myocardial hyperfunction and alterations of minor circle of circulation.
