FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of bone fragments from zone of fracture; formation of autotransplant from greater trochanter on muscular crus congruent to defect size and shape. Autransplant is introduced into defect with its spongy part. Cortical part is located at the level of cortical layer of neck. Defect of greater trochanter is filled with bone fragments to improve blood supply of neck in comminuted fractures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
