FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has base with floor, frame mounted in base for moving from horizontal to vertical position, couch-carriage fixed for displacement along frame guides at outer side and adapted for accommodation of user so that user may reciprocate in gap between cross-beam and couch-carriage. Cross-beam is rigidly fixed on frame so that gap between cross-beam and couch-carriage may be adjusted. Construction of exerciser allows load applied to user's muscles to be gradually increased and precisely adjusted, provided training exercises correspond to maximum extent to exercises standard for cross-beam.
