SUBSTANCE: folding strength training device that can be used in gyms, residential or work environments. In its first aspect, the claimed invention relates to a foldable strength training device containing a gravitron section, which contains a frame with vertical posts on which a horizontal bar, bars, a thrust ladder and a movable platform are installed, which contains a support element configured to provide support for the user, and which is connected to a counterweight located on the frame such that the weight of the counterweight is applied vertically upward to the platform, wherein the support member is rotatable to a substantially vertical folded position, wherein the beams are rotatable to a substantially vertical folded position, wherein the thrust ladder is configured pivotable into a substantially vertical folded position. In its second aspect, the invention relates to a foldable strength training device containing the above gravitron section connected to a crossover section, which contains a crossover base on which a crossover counterweight is placed, connected by means of blocks and cables to an upper hook and a lower hook so that the weight of the crossover counterweight applied in the vertical direction to the upper hook and in the horizontal direction to the lower hook.
EFFECT: possibility of folding the support beams of the folding strength training machine, reducing the occupied effective area, dimensions and protruding parts of the strength training machine in the folded state; increased number of exercises available using the folding strength training machine.
