SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices for development and strengthening of muscles and joints. Device consists of a bearing frame comprising two parallel beams rigidly fixed by crossbars, a pair of handles perpendicular to the beams, and a pair of handles, longitudinal relative to beams with possibility of their attachment to different parts of beams, wherein it is hinged to support frame. Bearing frame consists of two parts, pivotally connected to each other, includes device for angular fixation of pivotally connected parts of bearing frame to each other, device for limitation of amplitude of movement of pivotally connected parts of bearing frame, device for angular fixation of pivotally connected bearing frame and support frame, device for symmetrical attachment of variable loads on beams.

EFFECT: enabling expansion of the training device functionality without increasing its weight and dimensions.
