SUBSTANCE: reservoir has closed shell on upper plate of which cover of man-hole 3 with filler-and-discharge branch pipe 6 is arranged asymmetrically relative to reservoir end faces. Radial supports 9 are rigidly secured on inner flange 8 of filler-and-discharge branch pipe 6. height of radial supports is H = (0,25÷0,35)D_in where D_in is inner diameter of filler-and-discharge branch pipe 6, and length of supports is l = (0,7-0,9)(D_mh-D_in)/2, where D_mh is diameter of man-hole. Support 9, pointed to near end of reservoir, is located along its longitudinal axis and is furnished with rigidly secured bow-shaped plate 10. length of bow is C= (0.01-0.02)L where L is length of reservoir.
