FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for coagulation of elastic reservoirs used for temporary storage and transportation of oil, oil products and other liquids. Device contains a drum with accessories 5 for fixation of the container end face. Drum is made in the form of hollow axis 1. End faces of hollow axle 1 are rigidly connected with stepped semi-axles 2. At the steps of larger diameter there installed are limit stops 3 of reservoir displacement. Length of hollow axle 1 shall be not less than width of elastic reservoir. Diameter of end limiters 3 is equal to diameter of roll coiled on hollow axis 1. At stages of smaller diameter of semi-axles 2 wheels 6 are installed with possibility of free rotation. Disks 8 with holes 19 are rigidly fixed on hubs of wheels 6. Diameter of each wheel 6 is equal to 1.2 of diameter of end stop 3. Detachable handle 9 is fixed on every half axle 2 to rotate drum 1. Each handle 9 has appliance 10 for interaction with appropriate disc 8. Device 10 includes rod 12 with spring 13, handle 14, pin cylinder 15 and housing 16.
EFFECT: such design of the device increases efficiency of its operation due to provision of tight winding of the elastic reservoir on drum 1 with simultaneous elimination of involuntary unwinding.
