FIELD: transport, distribution.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage of oil and oil products in vertical cylindrical tanks with pontoon preventing evaporation of oil products. Proposed tank consists of the body, bottom and cover. Body bottom accommodates intake dispensing pipe (one or two) and trapdoor. Tank cover has sky-light (one or two) vent and safety valves. Hollow pontoon is arranged inside the tank. Torus-shape hollow elements is arranged along pontoon perimeter with elastic seal belt tightly secured thereto and provided with horizontal crimps with their to peaks in permanent contact with tank body inner surface while surface between said crimps is tightly secured at said torus-shape element tightly connected with hollow pontoon top and bottom surfaces. Elastic vertical webs are arranged between pontoon top and bottom surfaces, length of every web not exceeding diameter of hollow torus-shape element cross-section. Compressed air is connected via gas line, shutoff valve, tee union and union to torus element and pontoon spaces. Cylindrical barrel with perforated bottom is secured at pontoon central axis, at said top and bottom surfaces. Barrel cover has axial through channel aligned with normally-open needle-float valve arranged on cover inner side.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.
