, where R1 and R2, the same or different, are C1-C10-alkyls, followed by treatment with chloride- and titanium- containing components using catalyst activator (product of interaction of organoaluminum compound with alcohol), and inert hydrocarbon solvent are fed into reactor to perform polymerization of indicated olefin under non-isothermic conditions at heating and pressure 4-20 Mpa, after which polymer is isolated. According to invention, Mg/Ti ratio is (5 to 7.4):1 and Cl/Mg (2 to 2.7): 1, catalyst is prepared in inert solvent, in stream, and aged at temperature below 30 C for 5 sec to 60 min, while molar ratio of organoaluminum compound to alcohol in activator ranges from 0.1:1 to 1:1.
