FIELD: oil producing industry; methods of oil pool development with water-encroached interlayers. SUBSTANCE: nephelite-based sealing material is pumped is pumped into injection wells at the following composition: 100 kg of nephelite concentrate per cubic meter of 6-percent aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid. Jell formed in stratum is kept for three days, after which injection wells are connected to water conduits and injection is started. After a time, producing wells which are nearest to sources of pumping the ridging material start responding to action by reduction of water encroachment of production. After water encroachment of these wells has reduced by more than 5 percent, the same gel-forming compound is pumped into these injection wells. As a result, water-encroached interlayers are isolated from two sides: from side of injection zone and from side of withdrawal zone, thus causing connection of low-permeable interlayers in the course of development and consequently increasing the oil recovery factor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to sweep of water encroachment.
