FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: process and device are aimed at increase of authenticity of analysis of content of various substances in biological liquids. Characteristic feature of process lies in determination of signals proportional to absorption of light in absence of solution between light source and detector before solution of liquid with zero concentration is positioned between them and before each positioning of solution of analyzed liquid. Then coefficients are found by division of these signals and are entered into denominator of fraction under sign of logarithm. Device for realization of process incorporates amplifier, indicator and measuring unit - transducer made of light-emitting diodes, dish and photodiode, key fixing presence of dish, key closing lid of dish and former of control signals. EFFECT: shortened procedure of setting of zero and of determination of calibration coefficient before each analysis. 2 cl, 1 dwg
