Abstract RU 2289799 C1

FIELD: engineering of devices for spectral methods of research and analysis of materials by means of optical tools, in particular, photocolorimeters for analyzing liquid substances.

SUBSTANCE: photocolorimeter contains optical and measuring blocks positioned on one body. On face surface of photocolorimeter body, control and indication panel is made with multi-functional switching buttons, digital display. On back panel of body, socket for connecting external power source and socket for connecting photocolorimeter to personal computer are positioned. Optical block contains radiation source with switch and photo-receiver of light beam from substance being analyzed, positioned in a sink. Measuring block contains operational amplifier, output of which is connected to first input of central processor with analog-digital converter, second input of which is connected to control and indication panel, while first output of central processor with analog-digital converter is connected to input of digital display, and measuring block additionally contains amplifier, composition of which includes a set of eight resistors, and microchip for controlling selection of resistor, first input of amplifier is connected to output of photo-receiver, while the second input of amplifier, acting as input of its microchip, is connected to third output of central processor with analog-digital converter, while output of amplifier is connected to input of operational amplifier.

EFFECT: extended range of detectable elements due to usage of required number of light diodes in various areas, infrared and ultraviolet included, and increased precision of measurements with simultaneous decrease of dimensions, increased reliability of photocolorimeter due to positioning of all blocks (elements) included in photocolorimeter composition inside one body, without decrease in sensitivity.
