FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to analysis of milk and milk drink quality, in particular, for detection of milk quality simultaneously by certain parameters, such as fat, protein, casein, dried skimmed milk residue, water, lactose. Express-analyser comprises the following components arranged at one optical axis: source of light, collimator, box with cuvette of milk or milk drink sample and sliding reference sample, spectrometer of short-wave near infrared range with multichannel photodetector and microprocessor, comprising programs of spectrometer control, regression analysis and bank of calibrating models. In front of cuvette there is a mirror hollow chamber installed with openings for inlet and outlet of radiation and fibrous light guide, which guides diffusedly reflected radiation towards inlet slot of spectrometer by means of two-position commutator of light guides. Radiation that passed through cuvette is collected by other light guide, which guides it towards inlet opening of spectrometre.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to detect content of thin dispersed phase.
