FIELD: radio communication devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves additional differentiation of signals from information source with pulse-width modulation, converting them to paraphase signals which duration is up to four quasi-half-periods of generated oscillations. Latter values are used for amplitude modulation of generated oscillations of frequency f. During reception method involves wide-band amplification and additional operation of band-pass asymmetrical filtration which band pass conforms to condition ΔF = 4f/N, where N is number of quasi-half- periods. In addition method involves sequence of at least two conversions consisting in matched filtration of quadrature constituent of signal envelope with given duration , wide-band amplification and selection of signal with respect to its duration and level, detection and transmission to destination as signal with pulse- width modulation. In addition power supply is provided with surge arresting and shielding. Corresponding device has functional elements which implement operations mentioned in method description.
