FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: bakery oven has tunnel-type baking chamber, traveling hearth and heating system. Heating system has heating device, connecting gas ducts, upper front and rear tubular U-shaped channels with distributing collectors disposed in common plane. Front and rear channels are provided with common distributing collector, where heating pipe inlet gates are disposed. Distributing collector common for upper front and rear channels is connected to heating device at one side, and distributing collector common for lower front and rear channels is connected to heating device at its opposite side via supplying connecting gas duct, where control gate is mounted. EFFECT: increased efficiency by precise regulation of heat supplied into baking chamber and improved quality of bakery products. 3 dwg
