FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: baking oven has tunnel-type baking chamber, traveling hearth, and heating system including combustion device, connecting gas conduits, distributing collectors arranged in hearth and dome, and U-shaped upper front and rear tubular channels and U-shaped lower front and rear tubular channels. Combustion device is terminated with T-piece, two outputs of which are connected at different sides of baking chamber through gas conduits to dome and hearth distributing collectors in single vertical section. Part or all U-shaped channels are accomplished in the following manner: straight portion of U-shaped tubular channel is divided into two parts, with first part having additional inner channel of smaller diameter. Each of outer and inner channels in distributing collector are equipped with individual slide valve. Outer channel is separated by partition wall from subsequent channel of second part of straight portion and is equipped with bypass branch pipe leading to return portion. Baking oven of such construction allows three or four adjustable zones to be provided along baking oven length.
