FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition has at least one bioactive compound, water-containing solvent and lipid system. Lipid system consists of at least two lipid components. One of lipid component is an aliphatic and polar one taken from phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids and forms bilayer. Its concentration is 1-90 wt.-% relative to lipid system. Another lipid component is nonpolar and taken from groups of mono-, di- and triglycerides that have a chain of 6-18 carbon atoms. Bioactive compound is heparin or its fragment or its derivative and taken in the amount of 1-200 wt.-% relative to lipid system. Water-containing solvent is taken at amount that is necessary for formation of individual and discrete lipid particles. New pharmaceutical composition based on lipid system provides high biological absorption of heparins and making suitable nonparenteral forms of prolonged effect of drugs based on heparin. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition. 7 cl, 21 ex
