FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: preparation containing 0.07-0.2% of photosensitinogen is applied on skin section affected by tumor and kept for at least 15 min thereon. The remainder of preparation which is not absorbed is removed. Then affected place is exposed to laser beam. Wave length is selected in compliance with photosensitinogen absorption spectrum. Power density of laser radiation is 1-10 W/sq.cm. Method ensures selective destruction of tumoral cells without rendering of thermal effect on tumor and healthy tissues of skin.
