FIELD: railway track equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic setting means which are displaced in longitudinal direction of rails and are connected to each other. Hydraulic setting means are made in the form of hydraulic cylinder and piston units. Also provided is mechanical setting means which is connected with pointed rails and with at least one of hydraulic units. Space in cylinder of hydraulic units functions as working chamber of pump and is connected with working chamber of adjacent setting means for creation of actuator for monodirected shiftings. Each cylinder and piston unit incorporates one floating piston arranged between two working chambers. Each piston in cylinder and piston unit is provided with support for connection with mechanical setting means which is made in the form of slide block. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures high reliability in operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 11 dwg
