FIELD: testing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises elevating the object to be tested up to a given level, allowing it to move down under the action of gravity, braking it on the flexible base having a given rigidity and fixed natural frequency of vibration and the object in the frequency range, which does not exceed 5 Hz. The overloads, which affect the object during breaking, are set to be semi-sinusoidal in time depending on the height and mass of the object and rigidity of the flexible base.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of load simulation.
