Medium is seeded with mother culture in exponential growth phase in amount (1-2) x 10⁹ cells in 1 ml. Cultivation proceeds for 12-14 hr until maximum biomass value of (24-26) x 10⁹ and conversion of 70-100% of population into spores are attained.
