FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: bacteria are cultured at 35-37 C for 40-50 h at continuous aeration, at medium saturation with oxygen (60-70%) and at stirring at the rate of mixer rotation 250-300 rev/min. Liquid nutrient medium of the following composition is used: enzymatic peptone, magnesium sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium citrate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, iron sulfate, calcium chloride, manganese sulfate, glucose and water. Sowing is carried out with mother exponential culture at amount (1-3) x 109 cells/ml. Culturing is carried out for 8-11 h up to the first spores appearance. One-half of cultural fluid of volume reactor is poured out and the same volume of fresh nutrient medium is added. Culturing is continued up to recovery of cell content. Then one-half of cultural fluid of volume reactor is poured out again and the same volume of fresh nutrient medium is added. Then the end product is mixed with biomass stabilizing agent: humin 0.5-2% or sodium sulfite 2-6%. After 10 removal-addition cycles for 40-50 h it is possible to obtain 350-400 l cultural fluid at cell concentration 22-24 billion cells/ml. Cultural fluid containing spore biomass, for example, of the strain B. subtilis-26 and biomass stabilizing agent are used as a bacterial preparation "Phytosporin" in a liquid form.
