FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves constricting the vein lumen with some external device - extravasal corrector device being elliptic spiral manufactured from an alloy possessing shape memory properties. The corrector device is surgically fixed on the vein after mobilizing vein segment in the vicinity of the valve. The corrector device is to be mounted so that vein diameter be smaller when moving in the direction of running in perpendicular to the free valve cusp edges joint line. EFFECT: improved venous blood discharge. 2 cl, 2 dwg
