SUBSTANCE: method includes application onto vein wall of constricting structure in the form of saw-tooth curvature in unfolded state with amplitude of 1.8-2.2 cm and pitch of 0.2-0.3 cm. In application of saw-tooth curvature round vein, structure distal end is located in zone of free ends of valve cusps. Threads are conducted through tops and tied.
