FIELD: agriculture, veterinary science, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for industrial production of vaccines against pasteurellosis in poultry and animals. Culturing process is carried out by continuous-flow chemostatic method at continuous feeding the fixed amount of nutrient medium and glucose solution into fermenter. The equal amount of bacterial suspension is poured out from apparatus continuously. Poured out bacterial suspension is used at the following stages of vaccine preparing. EFFECT: increased efficiency of culturing process by yield of viable and morphologically typical cells (based on cells death during vaccine storage), improved quality and standard of biological properties of vaccine. 1 tbl, 5 ex
