FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing an antirotaviral immunoglobulin that can be used for immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy of rotaviral infection. Invention relates to development of a method of preparing an antirotaviral immunoglobulin that involves an isolation of normal immunoglobulin by fractionation of usual donor serum blood with ethanol at minus temperatures by Cohn's method, detection of antibodies to rotavirus in reaction of inhibition of nondirect hemagglutination and combination of preparations at titer values of antibodies to rotavirus 1: 160, not less. Invention ensures to realize large-scale method and obtain large amounts of a preparation showing high specific activity.
