FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: needleless syringe has nozzle, split barrier positioned at its input end, forcing facility and therapeutic facility arranged between nozzle and forcing facility. Nozzle is of extended tubular form. Breakable membrane which closes channel through nozzle initially serves as split barrier. Therapeutic facility in form of particles is positioned near membrane. Forcing facility contains gas designed to break membrane and to produce ultrasonic flux through nozzle for transfer of therapeutic facility in form of particles and for injection of these particles through patient's skin. Method includes introduction of therapeutic facility particles at definite speed. Size of particles is from 0.1 to 250 mcm, and their density is from 0.1 to 25 g/cu.cm. EFFECT: provision for noninvasive system of drug injection into intact skin. 70 cl, 1 ex, 8 dwg
