FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and concerns in general case holding particles before needleless injection of said particles in gas flow, namely, claimed invention deals with cassettes with particles, which have a pair of membranes, holding said particles in chamber between them, as well as to methods of manufacturing and assembling said cassettes with particles. Method of manufacturing cassette with particles for device, making needless injections, contains stages: (a) providing first part of cassette, having first destroyable membrane, connected to said part; (b) providing second cassette part, which has second destroyable membrane, connected to said part; (c) installation of said first and second parts on one axis in longitudinal direction; (d) application of specified force in longitudinal direction in such a was as to knock together first and second parts of cassette with formation of plastic deformation of said cassette part in such a way as to form hermetically sealed chamber between first destroyable membrane and second destroyable membrane. After stage (b) particles in first part of cassette near first destroyable membrane in such a way that after that particles are contained in said hermetic chamber, created at stage (d).

EFFECT: ensured is airtightness of chamber for particles to such extent that not only particles cannot leave the chamber, but both gas and even particles of higher degree of smallness (for instance, microbes) could not get into chamber.
