The cavity lower end is positioned behind a bistable diaphragm, which can move between the inverted position, in which it presents a concavity outside the casing to contain therapeutic agent particles, and turned inside out with the position curved outside. The device is so make that in the process of its use, and when gas under pressure is introduced into the cavity, the diaphragm instantly turns from its inverted to its turned inside out position and throws the particles outside.
