FIELD: heat and sound insulation in industrial and house building, industrial equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes hydraulic continuous action sprayer; network molding conveyor having after-pressing roller, vacuum dehydration chamber and tank for binder with recirculation pipeline; settling tank having discharging lip, tourniquet type metering apparatus, pipeline for overflowing binder to hydraulic disintegrator; unit for shaping fibrous heat-insulation board having calibration through passage. Tourniquet type metering apparatus is kinematically connected with network molding conveyor. Calibration through passage is formed by means of network of molding conveyor and belt of shaping conveyor and it is also provided with receiver. In lower portion of receiver spindle with vanes is mounted. Vanes of spindle are arranged in two mutually normal planes in staggered fashion with pitch equal to width of vane. Vanes have different shape, namely: outside vanes are rectangular ones, intermediate vanes are in the form of truncated isosceles triangle. Free end portions of intermediate vanes are turned by angle 20-40 degrees in pairs one towards another and towards mean portion of spindle. Upper shaping conveyor and spindle with vanes are kinematically joined with network molding conveyor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of apparatus, high quality of products. 2 dwg
