FIELD: building industry, more particularly finishing facades over concrete, brick and plastered surfaces. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises ingredients (wt %): butadiene-styrene or acrylate latex or acremos, 23-30; fillers such as coarse sand or granite or marble crumb (0.63-5.0 mm fraction), 25-40 and building sand (0.1-1.25 mm fraction), 18-35; kaolin, 6-15; carboxymethyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.05- 0.4; pigments, e.g. titanium dioxide, or red ferric oxide, or yellow or other pigments of different colors, 0.1-8.0; chloroparaffin, 0.4-1.0; oil-soluble polyethylene glycol ethers of alkyl phenols, 0.04-0.1; preservative (phenoxyethyanol, 0.1-0.5; microsilica (aerosil), 0.03-0.1; and the water balance, up to 100.
