MARBLE COMPOSITION FOR FINISHING WORKS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building compositions used in internal and external finishing buildings of industrial and civil designation. Invention proposes to add to the composition based on mineral filling agents and polymeric binding agent plasticizing agent, preserving agent, anticoagulating agent for aqueous dispersions and fixing agent. Composition contains the following components as mineral filling agents, wt. -%: powdered marble, 35-37; powdered dolomite, 3.5-4.5; marble crumbs, 20-22; quartz sand, 15-25. Invention proposes to use two dispersions as a polymeric component, wt.-%: polyvinyl dispersion, MDP-50, 10-12; acrylic dispersion A-6000, 3.5-4.5. The proposed preserving agent for aqueous dispersion coside T230 is antiseptic and it is added to composition in the amount 0.1-0.3%. Aqueous ammonium solution in concentration 25% is used and it is added in the amount 0.06-0.08%. Methylcellulose is used as plasticizing agent in the amount 0.4-0.6%. Invention provides preparing building composition showing the enhanced plasticity, improved adhesion and resistance against fungi. EFFECT: valuable properties of composition. 2 cl, 2 tbl
