FIELD: fields where dissipation of heat is required, for example, refrigerating plants and heat exchangers used in internal combustion engines, automobile radiators, telereceivers, computers, etc. SUBSTANCE: plane is located between high-temperature and low-temperature zones. Panel consists of plate coated with a layer forming thermal gradient; this layer is directed towards low-temperature zone. Layer forming the thermal gradient is made from heat-conducting material possessing heat capacity and ability to absorb thermal radiation which are lesser than those of metal plate. Heat capacity of thermal gradient forming layer does not exceed 10% of heat capacity of metal plate; ability to absorb thermal radiation does not exceed 60% of similar ability of metal plate. EFFECT: enhanced productivity of refrigerating plants, heat exchanges, etc; avoidance of overheating of units inside which heat is generated due to use of proposed panel. 3 cl, 3 dwg, 3 tbl
