FIELD: flue gas heat distribution methods. SUBSTANCE: method of distribution of heat of flue gases among economizer and air heaters of boilers at single-stage arrangement consists in determination of temperature of flue gases after economizer at preset inlet temperatures of media to be heated and temperatures of flue gases before economizer and after air heater, determination of sizes of economizer and air heater and determination of its position in gas duct. Optimal temperature of flue gases after economizer is determined by the use of specific expenses for economizer and air heater as optimizing parameter. Air heater is located in gas duct no farther than lower boundary of optimal temperature zone. optimal temperature of flue gases is determined from preset formula. EFFECT: reduced usage of metal for boiler.
