FIELD: transport engineering; automobile windshield wipers. SUBSTANCE: proposed breaker has base on which the following devices are mounted: electromechanical relay, printed circuit board with radioelements and microcircuit designed to control breaker operation, and electric coupling elements with leads for connection to automobile circuit. Device is a compact unit with considerably reduced number of radioelements. Use of external variable resistor makes it possible to steplessly regulate time intervals between windshield wiper operation cycles. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation. 5 dwg
