Holes in board 1 are made as through ports 6 giving access to contact members 3 from top and bottom parts of board 1; width of ports 6 is smaller than diameters of contact members 3 and insulators 4; inlets of channels 2 are closed with shut-off members 5; insulating board 1 may be also made with additional channel 14 placed perpendicular to channels 2 holding contact members 3 and insulators 4, which accommodates common shut-off member 11 for all parallel channels 2; In addition, each of supports 7 has four supporting surfaces on four planes.
