FIELD: methods and devices for manufacturing mattresses. SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of spring forming at spring forming station, putting of the spring at spring forming station onto guide rod, direction of spring along rod to point of compression, spring compression in point of compression, introduction of spring into cloth pocket and inclusion of the rod of laid spirals in assembly of mattress structure with internal springs. Method of transfer of springs from the first point to the second one provides for putting of spring on guide rod and direction to the second point due to use of rotating brush. Device for spring transfer from the first to the second point includes guide rod shaped to receive spring and rotating brush for guiding the spring over rod that ensures high speed of spring transfer from station forming to station of spring compression.
