FIELD: industrial processes which use water solution of various chemical substances and compounds. SUBSTANCE: method involves processing distilled water by electric current in electric field which is generated in electrolyzer anode and cathode regions which are separated by diaphragm. Electric field has anisotropic intensity which level decreases from anode to cathode. In addition method involves generation of jump in field intensity which is located inside diaphragm.
