DISPLAY STAND Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: object display and storage equipment for exhibitions. SUBSTANCE: display stand has box 1 with upper cover forming display table 2 connected with box side walls by planks 3,4 mounted for movement along inner surfaces of these walls. Display table 2 with objects to be exposed is attached to box 1 by retaining locks 5. To transform stand into storage construction, retaining locks 5 are released, display table 2 is turned over so as to be withdrawn into box 1 and laid onto stops 6,7 fixed to inner surfaces of box walls. Retaining locks 5 are automatically locked to prevent access to displayed objects. Such construction allows displayed objects to be readily removed from table 2 into box 1. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased convenience in maintenance and operation and enhanced reliability in operation. 8 cl, 1 dwg
