FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for improvement and stabilization of visual function in disorders of various origins. Method includes pulsed color photic stimulation (PS) with change in frequency of light pulses from least values to greatest. PS is carried out by acting in the mode of pulsed monochromatic PS using red wavelength 630±20 nm and/or green color with a wavelength of 560±20 nm, wherein the frequency of the light pulses periodically increases from 10 Hz to 60 Hz. Device includes a housing in the form of spectacle frame, in which by means of bolt protective panel with control buttons is mounted, equipped with light-diffusing screen, and a working board, on the front side of which the two photo-stimulator are placed, made in the form of red and green color LEDs, coupled with control buttons designed to shift the chromaticity of the LEDs and activate the LEDs timer, on the back side of the board there are power supply in the form of two batteries, which is electrically connected to the controller, which accommodates a timer and a pulse generator, and service connector, allowing to diagnose the device and programming the controller.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to significantly improve visual functions.
