FIELD: wine making; filling containers with table wine. SUBSTANCE: method comes to sterilization of containers, delivering sterilized containers to filling place, adjusting dispensed dose of wine, filling container with wine and sealing container. Disposable cans are used as containers. Inner surface of each can is covered with lacquer preventing chemical reaction between can material and components of filled-in wine. Prior to filling, wine is subjected to filtration and pasteurization, and cans are washed with rinsing agent before filling-in wine. Immediately after filling up, cans are treated with nitrogen and vacuum is built above wine surface. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl
