FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this panel can be used in walling and roof guarding of buildings and structures. Multilayer panel has external structural layer and internal structural layer. Located between these two layers are layer of porous heat-conserving material and additional insulating layer which is made in the form of vapor-impermeable heat-reflecting screen. This additional layer is arranged inside layer of porous heat-conserving material at distance δ from internal structural layer. Distance is determined from following relation: δ = (0,5÷4,0)λ,, where δ - distance from internal structural layer and vapor-impermeable screen, m; λ - heat conductivity of porous material in heat-conserving layer, W/m. C. Aforesaid embodiment of multilayer panel ensures its improved heat-protection properties. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
