Rotor blades have packing rollers and packing teeth contacting closer teeth. Tight contact in packing teeth is ensured due to tooth-to-tooth play in synchronizing gear members. Liquid flow pulsation frequency built up by volume hydropulsator equals rotor shaft rotational frequency multiplied by number of rotor blades.
