SUBSTANCE: high-frequency hydraulic pulsator includes expelling mechanism and actuating member. Rotor with blades is arranged in working cavity of expelling mechanism housing. Only one contactor is provided is located in seat of housing. Blades are provided with rollers which are used as seals. Contactor is provided with rollers fitted between its teeth engageable with seats of rotor. Actuating hydraulic mechanism is made in form of spring-loaded hydraulic cylinder.
