SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of laser, which output wavelength is λ, collimator, acoustic-optical deflector, which ultrasound speed is υ, integration lens and array of photodetectors. Electrical input of acoustic-optical deflector receives input signal. Element of photodetector array which corresponds to effective frequency is spaced from integration lens by distance which is equal to focal length. Array of photodetectors is inclined with respect to focal plane of integration lens by angle θ, which is equal to θ = arctg(λf0/υ), where fl and fu are lower and upper effective frequencies of device; fo, which is equal to mean value of these frequencies is central operation frequency of device.
