FIELD: radio measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has laser, collimator, acoustooptic deflector, first integrating lens, and recorder, all connected in series along light beam; recorder outputs are loaded through first set of video amplifiers and threshold units into encoder; in addition, diaphragm and second integrating lens are inserted between collimator and acoustooptic deflector; newly introduced are also second set of video amplifiers, differential amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, and resolver; even- and odd-numbered outputs of first set of video amplifiers are connected through second set of video amplifiers to noninverting and inverting inputs of differential amplifier whose output is connected to input of analog-to-digital converter and to resolver; the latter controls output signal shaped by encoder whose output functions as coarse frequency-measurement channel of radio signal and output, as its fine frequency measurement channel.
