SUBSTANCE: acoustooptical frequency meter, containing successively arranged in light a laser, collimator, acoustooptical deflector, the first integrating lens with focal distance F2, rule of photodiodes with their arrangement period p and length of each photodiode l, additionally uses a laser radiation forming unit with a rectangular distribution of intensity of extent d and the second integrating lens with focal distance F1, which is located at distance F1 both from the laser radiation forming unit and from the acoustooptical deflector, connected between the collimator and acoustooptical deflector; the geometrical parameters of the receiver-frequency meter: F1, F2, d, l and p are interrelated by relation: .
